Open NAPP Roles for 2025-2026
HOT LUNCH DAY COORDINATOR

Collects and organizes all hot lunch orders (Pizza and Chick-fil-A) via Excel.

Coordinator will pull all purchase orders from website manager (WIX), sort, and calculate the information for each lunch day so correct order counts are made for each calendarized hot lunch day.

Will manage and purchase hot lunch sides (goldfish, applesauce, etc.) and any other necessary supplies usually at Costco or Sam's Club for reimbursement

Responsible for ordering lunches for each calendarized hot lunch day throughout the year (usually once per week)

Assists Pizza & CFA Day-Of Lunch Coordinators that are present in the building for delivery (Note: Hot Lunch Day Coordinator does not have to be present for delivery, since there are 2 people always scheduled to be there already)

Must be detail oriented!
